She is keeping this indoor so temperature will not get too hot. What you can do is turn on the light at night. A portable air conditioning can cool down temperature if you 'really' need it. Otherwise most orchids like warm and humid environment. Between 80-85 F, good air movement, 70-80 percent humidity would work well. A small enclosure like this, a portable humidifier would work well.

Peter is correct. Plus it will be set-up on the unfinished side of the basement, cooling won't be a problem but I may just need to add a small heater in the winter.
Thanks everyone. I will post more pics as soon as it's up and running.

Tess or Mike,

Are the frames that support the Grow Tents strong enough to also support the T5 lights?

Oh yes, absolutely.

Your welcome! I was stunned at the size and quality. I wish I would have bought one of these years ago. They have an even larger model that I really wish I had the room for.

It is very, very cool! Did you buy the flanges and hook up inline fans or are you doing something else to keep the air moving?

Did you watch the video on the web site of the assembly? It's really neat and is exactly as shown.
No, I didn't buy the flanges. I'm just going to use an oscillating fan and open the vents for air movement since I'm using T5's. They'll keep it warm but not hot.

Thank you Tess! You are right, the video is great. I only have space for the Agromax Window Grow Tent - Size Large (55 x 55 x 79) and there isn't a link to the video on that page. And thanks for the ideas about the ventilation - the inline fans seemed to move too much air to keep humidity up. I'm going to use a small Honeywell humidifier - are you using a hygrometer? Do you, or anyone else, have recommendation for a hygrometer with a max/min function?

Thanks again Tess!
