No this isn't from my cross. Mine probably won't have this much yellow but you never know because the sumatrana I used has a good yellow base color as opposed to the more typical white base color.

The second flower is much better. A bit of fertilizer did the trick.
Probably at least as good as gersenii 'Liberty Hill' and only a first bloomer.

Thanks Ken. The flower is even more striking in person and has a nice fragrance. And the plant has a nice keiki on it so that's good too.

an incredible flower for sure..one day perhaps i will be able to acquire a nice gersenii...up there with a nice guadalupe pineda for me, although both are difficult to find let alone for a decent price
