 Post subject: Fertilizer Burn in Phrags? Or?

I got these plants recently. I think some of this might be the shock of the move; some of it might be fertilizer burn from the application of Repotme slow release 11-2-12 pellets; some of it, like the shrivelled new growth, seems like it must have been from drying out before I got it, as I dont think that can happen that soon (~10 days)

Any other thoughts? Really don't think it's disease - hope not. Some places say yellowing and browning of leaves in phrags is nothing to worry about, it's just part of the habit of these plants

Any tips much appreciated (however I doubt I can pick the fertilizer pellets out of the potting media!)
