I noticed a couple of days ago that I've a wasp flying around inside the greenhouse and going from orchid to orchid especially hanging around the blooms but also walking up and down the flower spikes. It apparently doesn't want to leave as I've left the doors open and it just hangs around the orchids. Now I did read that some orchids are pollinated by wasps but Phals were not mentioned in the article I read. Is this what this little friend of mine could be doing though? I looks to not be a yellow jacket but a different kind of wasp than I've seen around here before. If need be I can probably get it to sit still for a photo. Here's the photo. Although it wasn't over on the orchids it was on the wall of the greenhouse.
