Great growing Mike!
Well, your plants are so healthy and much more bigger now that I believe you will have problem to bring all them back to your indoor setup.

Hey, thanks! Well, actually every year about this time I have the problem of having to cull out some plants. So, I luckily found about 40 phals or so I could live without and moved them on to better homes. Now I actually have space to accomodate everything and have some room for new compots and 2" pots for seedlings.

Your plants and set-up is fabulous! I love looking at pics of how others grow.
I told my husband I wanted him to make me a summer grow cart like yours and he said a few choice words followed by don't you have enough #$@&$ grow areas?

Tell him that this additional growing area would be cheaper to run than a greenhouse. :-)

I could use one of these growing cart on wheels but Texas summer is just too darn hot. I will have to run misting from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Well, finally finished and have transitioned everything now indoors for the next 6 months or so. I have a serious problem, WAY too many phals and not enough space. Mostly due to growth, but I have bought a few new plants the last 6 months. I was growing plants last winter indoors in a spare bedroom that has huge windows and high lighting, but now that's a nursery for my baby! ;-) So, now I am forced for another year until we move to only grow in my hydro hut. Also don't have the time I used to, so i'm forcing myself to continue to reduce the size of my collection. Part of my set up is dedicated to flasks, compots and trays of seedlings. So, time to put together another short list of things to move out. Very happy to be back under lights though, they will go crazy here before long.

Hello Mike, can you share the specs on your T5 and HID particular the specs of the tubes plus setup? How far away are the fixtures from the phals?

Im currently growing some of my phals at home under T5 HO tubes but realize that it is still not bright enough. The tubes that im using are 8x Osram 3ft T5 HO 6500K each. I have bought two sets of HID fixtures waiting to install them recently.

Still trying to figure out the amount of lights need to grow them indoor.

Many thanks!

You should buy a cheap light meter milnek, its so hard to guesstimate light levels without one..
