One of my biggest greenhouse issues is the copious amount of algae that grows on the walls in my polycarbonate greenhouse. I scrape it off but it grows back. Is there something I can spray on it to control it that won't harm my orchids?

ZeroTol works and is non phytotoxic

A friend with a greenhouse sprays it regularly on all of the benches and they look great. Jeff

I have been using Zerotrol RTS spray for a few months. They also make a RTU version. First Rays carries both.

Is anyone using the ZeroTol concentrate? The 27% stuff that the label says to use 2.5oz per gallon for greenhouses with algae on the walls? I just ordered the 2.5 gallon container.

The problem with algecides is that they coat the glass (polycarbonate) and block the light, I just pressure wash the entire greenhouse once every couple of months.
Good luck and happy growing
